With the Property.
From understanding the land and refining the plans to managing construction and the details that make a home distinctly yours, we guide each project with thoughtful planning, clear communication and personal attention.

Initial Conversation
& The Property
Every custom home begins with a conversation. You may already own land, be considering one of our available lots, or still be looking. Marcus Moore Home Builders can help identify and evaluate potential property. We walk the land together, discuss its opportunities and considerations, and talk through your vision for home.

Planning & Design
You may arrive with completed plans, work with your own architect, or begin the design process with ours. Andrew guides the process around your property, priorities and how you want to live. During this stage, he also discusses our cost-plus structure and construction financing when applicable.

Preparing the Site
Once plans are finalized, we prepare the property for construction. This includes clearing, grading, utility work and forming the foundation. Every detail is carefully considered to set the stage for a solid, lasting home.

Building the Structure
With the foundation in place, the home begins to take shape. Framing, flooring and structural elements go in, bringing the design to life and giving you a real sense of the scale and flow of your home.

Exterior Taking Shape
As the exterior comes together, you can see the character of the home emerge—rooflines, windows, and exterior details. This phase transforms the plans into a home that feels real.

Details & Finishes
This is where your home becomes uniquely yours. Andrew remains personally involved as selections, finishes and details come together—from custom built-ins and specialty spaces to carefully selected materials. He coordinates with the team and guides decisions with attention to craftsmanship and the way you will use each space.

Completion & Beyond
As construction finishes, Andrew walks through the home with you to review the final details and ensure they meet our standards and yours. The relationship doesn’t end at move-in: he remains available for questions and support as you settle into your home.
